Rental Questionnaire
Do you want rectangle 8ft. banquet tables? If so, how many?
Do you want 60" round tables? If so, how wany?
Do you want white resin chairs? If so, how many?
Do you want linens?(tablecloths, table runners, chair covers, etc.) If so, which ones & what colors?(Appt. can be set-up for this to go over)
Do you want rentals delivered and picked up? (delivery fee $2.50/mi per round trip. If picking up we recommend an enclosed trailer for transport as our chairs are in stacks of 25 and transferred by cart)
Do you want rentals setup and taken down?(fee depends on amount of products rented)
Is your event indoors or outdoors?
